Subscriptions (Steady & Savor)
All subscription plans include a free trial with no card required, so you can try the product fully before ever being charged. Because of this, subscription fees are non-refundable once a payment has been made.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling stops the next charge — it does not refund the current billing period, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Quarterly Review
The Quarterly Review is human consulting work, not software — once a review has been completed, that time has genuinely been spent and is not refundable in cash.
That said, if a Quarterly Review genuinely wasn't delivered as described, we want to make it right. In those circumstances, we may issue a credit toward another Life Well Spent service (for example, a Steady or Savor subscription) at our discretion, instead of a cash refund. Reach out and we'll work through it with you directly.
